Charlotte is a Director, Actor & Educator originally with roots in Liverpool now based London. ​She has trained at leading universities and Drama schools including RADA, LIPA, Royal Holloway University of London and University College London.​

Charlotte is the Director of Performworks Productions Ltd, a performing arts school in London delivering Acting training to over 500 students a week supported by a team of 8 skilled acting practitioners. She has worked as a Head of Drama and Drama teacher in secondary education for the last 10 years and is completing an MA in Actor Training and Coaching at Royal Central School of Speech & Drama.

Charlotte is passionate about new writing that highlights the female perspective on stage. Her storytelling embodies playful realism with bold and brave choices and relatable characters. She aims to utilise theatre as a vehicle for social change and activism achieving impact whilst ensuring audiences feel seen, heard and held.
